- Quickbooks Essentials subscription – expense tracking and financial reporting
- HubDoc subscription – digital filing for receipts and all financial documents

- Monthly review of unidentified/unrecognized expenses, and audit prep for travel/meal expenses
- Quarterly review of P&L and balance sheet
- Year-end coordination with your accountant on annual financial docs needed for taxes
With this package, the only work you have to do on tax prep is labeling a handful of expenses every month or two, and snap pictures of cash receipts and business purchases from personal accounts: this can all be done on your smartphone, whenever you get to it. You will also have basic on-going data insight into your business’ health, as you’ll have an updated P&L available to you every month, as well as balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc etc.
BASIC PLUS – $250/month. Great for individuals, start-ups, and small businesses who want more in-depth work on their accounts, or who use online merchant services. Best option for businesses who rely heavily on cash or check transactions.

- Categorize PayPal, Venmo, Amazon, and Square payments appropriately; split credit card fees from sales.

- Help cleanup prior year transactions and reconstruct your fiscal year to ready for extension tax filing.
