We just downloaded Crisp for $1.99 from iTunes and are LOVING it.  It adds a keyboard to your phone that allows you to store template emails and texts and easily paste them from inside the native iPhone mail and messaging clients. This saves us tons of time managing operations for Loft227, a boutique event space where leads are mainly managed with personal email responses.  We have a template for booking a site visit; for confirming a walkthrough time with information on accessing the space; for describing our services and amenities; for our preferred vendors list; and a variety of sales emails for specific event types.  This app is a must-have for entrepreneurs who like to work from their phones, and we see lots of time-saving opportunity for anyone who uses texts to communicate with clientele.
